- When student opens email and signs in, access to My Courses is granted
- Student will complete their information during the online portion of the course (page 2 of the application)
- Attend training as scheduled and partipate in required hands-on skills practice
- Pass the required skills check / testing (book renewal zoom option or attend in-person)
- All requirements to be completed within 2 weeks, then session is closed
- Check email for official certification issued by the Ohio DODD
- Verify current certification has been entered into the MAIS (medication administration information system)
- Complete IST (individual specific training) how to work with your individual client
- Complete nursing delegation (as required)
- Renew certifications 1, 2 or 3 annually up to 6 months prior to expiration
- Certifications expired more than 60 days require entire initial course completion
