Can I change my course date?
Absolutely! As long as you provide us with 24 hours’ notice, you can switch your course without any additional charges.
What’s your refund policy?
For courses rescheduled within 24 hours, there are no refunds available due to the costs associated with course materials. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How should I make payment?
To secure your spot, we require online payment to register. You will have 90 days to complete the online course, and 2 weeks for skills check and testing.
Can I invite others to join?
You can easily send invitations to the course registration page for other students to attend or share the link via social media, Facebook etc. The link is https://safemedclass.com
What credentials do I receive?
Upon completion of the online course and any required skills check & testing, you will receive a digital certification issued from the Ohio DODD via email.
