Memberships and Courses

We aim to provide valuable and flexible experiences with our products and services. You may cancel your membership any time. Our in-person and webinar courses require 48 hours cancellation so we can fill the seat from our waiting list. No further charges will apply after cancellation, and you will retain access to any materials for the remaining period of your last billing cycle.

If you need help or to cancel an upcoming event/training, email us: contact@myholisticlifestyle.com. You can sign into your account and cancel as well.

Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested from our contact page. Digital products are not refundable due to the nature of the access and information provided. Physical products may be refunded within 30 days of your request. Live webinar access is provided at the time of purchase and is not refundable. As an added service to our clients, you may request a student substitution prior to the scheduled live webinar or prior to accesscing the digital product/course. Again, please contact us via the contact page. If you do not receive a timely response, text 740-326-6060. Please know we make every effort to respond within 24 hours, but may be teaching or hosting a live webinar. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We typically reply Monday through Friday within 24 hours.

Most orders are shipping in 1-2 business days, We are not open Saturday or Sundays, except for remote training. 

Shipping: Please be advised that we do not offer 1 Day Shipping or 2 Day Shipping – USPS Priority Mail is the fastest method we offer and they provide an estimate in transit time at checkout once the order is processed, picked up and shipped from our warehouse. This is an estimate as UPS and USPS have suspended any guaranteed delivery times at this time. If you are located within close proximity to our shipping location you may receive your package within 1-2 business days however this is not a guaranteed service.

Once orders have shipped they can no longer be cancelled.

Please send us a message or email us at Support@ProCandleSupply.com within 30 days of receipt to open a request for a return or refund!

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, digital content is accessible immediately, which prevents us from offering returns.

Service Modifications and Updates (legal mumbo jumbo).

My Holistic Lifestyle, LLC may modify the Services and Technology at any time, including adding or removing functionality or imposing conditions on use of the Services. My Holistic Lifestyle, LLC will notify you of material adverse changes in, deprecations to, or removal of functionality from, Services or Technology that you are using. My Holistic Lifestyle, LLC is not obligated to provide any Updates. However, if My Holistic Lifestyle, LLC makes an Update available, you must fully install the Update by the date or within the time period stated in the notice; or, if there is no date or period stated in the notice, then no later than 30 days after the date of the notice.
