Memberships and Courses

We aim to provide valuable and flexible experiences with our memberships and courses. You may cancel your membership any time. Our courses require 48 hours cancellation so we can fill the seat from our waiting list. No further charges will apply after cancellation, and you will retain access to any materials for the remaining period of your last billing cycle.

Most orders are shipping in 1-2 business days, We are not open Saturday or Sundays, except for remote training. 

Shipping: Please be advised that we do not offer 1 Day Shipping or 2 Day Shipping – USPS Priority Mail is the fastest method we offer and they provide an estimate in transit time at checkout once the order is processed, picked up and shipped from our warehouse. This is an estimate as UPS and USPS have suspended any guaranteed delivery times at this time. If you are located within close proximity to our shipping location you may receive your package within 1-2 business days however this is not a guaranteed service.

Once orders have shipped they can no longer be cancelled.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, digital content is accessible immediately, which prevents us from offering returns.
